I just launched the new webpage I created for the library using the Dreamweaver editor. It has a few spots that need cleaning up like labeling pages so they don't appear as Untitled Document in the tabs. I'm looking forward to test driving Amaya.

Over the weekend I watched plenty of course videos, my neck is still a bit stiff. I liked Clark's session about how the internet will be in 10 years and that "internet security" is kind of an unknown entity. The only resolution he comes to with that quandry is within the applications: firewalls, server software, and website software will be the source of this security. I actually enjoyed and understood the content!
I'm reading Discovering Computers, and finding the layout very inviting. The early chapters are a bit basic, making the read dull for the moment. Learning the terminilogy in these chapters is very useful, though, and makes it a worthwhile read.
