I've been workin' on my fragment, all to live long day...
The fragment thing with the external CSS is a bit of a pain in the neck. Amaya is not as lovely, I have CSS Web Design for Dummies and I think I got it. It didn't give me any error codes, but my margins are whack. I may redo it at work and FTP from there. The old tried and true system.
For now, my home page is on Google creator and it is fast and easy. But I think I'll do Thoreau the hard and unpolished way.
